The increasing collaboration of HLB’s member companies on a national and international level entails a large number of central tasks which are the responsibility of a General Secretary and an assistant in an HLB central secretarial department. So the central secretarial department acts as a link between the national and international companies and the headquarters of the international network in London.
The HLB central secretarial department ensures the effective consolidation of network tasks and, as an internal service provider, contributes towards considerably lightening the load of the member companies.
The main tasks are the coordination of the joint activities and internal working committees, organisation of conferences and seminars in connection with the HLB Academy of Internal Training and Development and the implementation of strategic network activities in collaboration with HLB Deutschland GmbH’s administration committee.
