Dr. Klein, Dr. Mönstermann + Partner GmbH, an audit and
tax consulting company, emerged in 1972 out of the partnership between
Dr. Ulrich Klein and Dr. Heiner Mönstermann in Osnabrück and has
maintained a branch office in Berlin since 1996. In 2005, Dr. Klein, Dr.
Mönstermann + Partner GmbH secured a majority holding in the
Berlin-based RHI Revisions und Beratungsgesellschaft für Handel und
Industrie mbH Wirtschaftsprüftungsgesellschaft,
Steuerberatungsgesellschaft.
Apart from performing audits in industry, trade and services, Dr. Klein, Dr. Mönstermann + Partner GmbH also focuses on the auditing of public enterprises as well as companies offering health care and social services.
We support small- and medium-sized enterprises operating on both national and international levels. Owing to our flat hierarchies we are able to warrant our clients a high level of commitment in the personal support given by our managing directors or partners.
Our core activities
cover business audits, tax advice and business management consulting and essential legal advice with a special emphasis on the interface between corporate and tax law.
