Our standard in both the national and international HLB networks is the above-average quality of our services. It is only in this way that our members can meet each client’s requirements and do so regardless of whether they are operating only in Germany or internationally.
To achieve this we have instigated various measures that work at the level of the individual office, of the German network and of the international network.
Thus for instance:
- Jointly conducted regular peer reviews
- Regular participation in inter-office reviews
- Exchange of best practice in the network and the use of a common organisation manual
- Exchange of experience within the working committee, both nationally and internationally
- Regular meetings within the international network
- Internal training and development programme for partners and employees
- Access to expert know-how worldwide.
