Increasing cooperation at a national and international level creates numerous challenges in the organisational sphere. For this reason, the central secretariat of HLB Germany in Düsseldorf consists of a general secretary and his assistant, who serve as a link between national and international companies and with the headquarters of the HLB’s international network in London.

Ensuring effective pooling of network tasks and relieving member firms as an internal service provider are the two main tasks of the general secretariat.

This means coordinating the common activities as well as the internal task forces, organising conferences and workshops connected to the HLB Academy for internal training and further education and also implementing strategic network activities linked to the administrative committee of HLB Deutschland GmbH.
