HLB network continues to grow

KMZ Kullen Müller Zinser Treuhand GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft became a member of HLB on 1 January 2022. HLB is a global network of independent auditing and tax advisory firms in more than 150 countries with around 30,000 employees. In Germany, 23 member firms with 225 partners and more than 2,000 experts advise decision-makers and companies of all sizes and from all sectors. HLB is one of the top 3 networks operating in Germany.

"We are delighted that the law firm KMZ has decided in favour of the HLB network and thus wants to expand its external presence," explains Malo David Kröning from HLB. Dr Sebastian Zerbe, auditor, tax consultant and managing director of KMZ, adds: "We want to be the new strong partner in the HLB network for the greater Stuttgart area and south-west Germany".

Kröning emphasises the advantages of the various working groups and specialist groups in which HLB members are in constant contact with other well-known medium-sized law firms throughout Germany. This puts the law firms in an even better position to meet the challenges facing the profession, such as digitalisation, new auditing standards, quality assurance, staff recruitment and ongoing training. The HLB network also offers access to specialists for special topics and contact to international partner law firms. This means that clients can also be comprehensively advised and supported in cross-border matters, as Kröning confirms: "Our members can rely on the knowledge in the network - regionally, nationally and internationally."
